Minnesota Røkkr (8.5)
It’s safe to say the Minnesota Røkkr exceeded all expectations this season. With Eli “Standy” Bentz joining after the start of the season and Michael “MajorManiak” Szymaniak spending some time on the bench, it took a while for Minnesota to find their ideal starting roster. However, once they did, they never looked back. Minnesota pulled off one of the most memorable comebacks in esports history on the way to earning a Stage 5 Major event win.
Since joining the league, Standy has established himself as one of the must-watch players and finished the season in the top 10 overall KD leaders. Dillon “Attach” Price also deserves a ton of credit for stepping up as a leader on this team. It seems like he’s finally taken that step from a young phenom to a reliable veteran.
