Call of Duty players won’t have to wait much longer for the next major content update. Season 4 Reloaded for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone launches on June 25, 2026, delivering a substantial mid-season refresh packed with new maps, game modes, weapons, and Zombies content.
From a brand-new round-based Zombies experience to the return of one of Warzone’s toughest challenges, Season 4 Reloaded is shaping up to be one of the biggest updates of the year.
Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 4 Reloaded Release Date
Season 4 Reloaded is scheduled to launch on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Based on Activision’s typical rollout schedule, the update is expected to become available at:
- 9:00 AM PT
- 11:00 AM CT
- 12:00 PM ET
- 5:00 PM BST
The update will be released simultaneously across all supported platforms.
New Zombies Map: Kowakujo
The headline feature of Season 4 Reloaded is Kowakujo, a brand-new round-based Zombies map set within a feudal Japanese castle surrounded by active volcanoes.
Players can expect:
- A new Wonder Weapon
- Unique enemy types
- Hidden Easter Eggs and secrets
- Fresh story developments
The update also introduces the Hellping Hound GobbleGum, giving players another powerful option to enhance their Zombies loadouts.
Multiplayer Gets New Maps and Modes
Multiplayer fans will receive two maps as part of the update.
Zenith
Zenith is a brand-new medium-sized map designed for both 6v6 and 2v2 combat. The map offers multiple engagement ranges and fast-paced action suitable for competitive play.
Launch Returns
The classic Launch map makes its comeback in remastered form, bringing updated visuals and refined gameplay while preserving the original layout that longtime players remember.
Limited-Time Modes
Season 4 Reloaded also introduces two temporary multiplayer experiences:
- Team Blueprint Sharpshooter
- Knife Fight
These modes offer unique gameplay twists and additional opportunities to earn rewards during the season.
Endgame Story Continues with Act IV
The ongoing Endgame narrative expands with Act IV: Operation King Killer.
Players can complete new challenges and unlock exclusive rewards while exploring the next chapter of the seasonal storyline.
The update also adds:
Guardian Skill Track
This new progression path focuses on defensive gameplay, allowing players to absorb damage, protect teammates, and counter aggressive opponents.
Psych Grenade
The new Minor Ability deploys hallucinogenic gas that disorients enemies caught within its area of effect, creating opportunities for coordinated team plays.
Champion’s Quest Returns to Warzone
One of Warzone’s most prestigious challenges is making its return.
To unlock the Champion’s Contract, squads must either:
- Win five consecutive Battle Royale matches, or
- Earn 30 total Battle Royale victories during the season
Those who complete the multi-stage challenge will earn exclusive rewards, including:
- A unique Weapon Camo
- A Legendary Operator Skin
- Additional rewards for repeat completions
Warzone will also receive Squad Gun Game, bringing a party-style experience to Battle Royale gameplay.
New Weapons Arrive in Season 4 Reloaded
Players across all game modes will gain access to two new weapons:
AN-94 Assault Rifle
The fan-favorite assault rifle returns, offering high accuracy and strong mid-range performance.
Executioner’s Duet
This new melee weapon adds another close-quarters option for players looking to dominate at short range.
