Worlds 2021 has officially begun with the Play-Ins and Group Draws being conducted. The draw was conducted live Wednesday Morning in the LEC Studio. The 22 teams who have qualified for Worlds have been slotted into their respective groups ahead of the annual tournament.
Similar to Worlds last year, Vietnam is unable to attend Worlds. Therefore, the LEC’s representatives have automatically advanced to the Group Stage. Furthermore, the Play-In groups are two groups of five fighting for the final four seeds.
