Warzone Season 5 saw many stealth changes to meta weapons. With popular weapons such as the Krig nerfed, we want to provide you with some strong meta loadout suggestions for Warzone via a quiz that will fit your playstyle.

Warzone and meta builds
Guns not recommended in this quiz include the new EM2 and Tec-9, as we haven’t managed to playtest them extensively enough. Early indications show that the Tec-9 isn’t going to be a viable SMG in the meta, even with its full-auto barrel attachment. It’s certainly not completely underpowered, but it can’t hold its own against the OTS-9, MP5, Bullfrog or even the Mac-10.
The EM2 hits extremely hard, but has a slow rate of fire and the worst ADS speed of any AR in the game, at over 500ms once you have all the attachments you would desire to make the gun perform at its best. To bring the ADS speed down to just over 430ms, you will need to sacrifice either damage or recoil control, the latter of which makes the gun quite hard to control for all but the most capable players. Then, even with these changes, you will still struggle due to the ADS speed delaying you to the point where you likely eat one or two rounds before you start firing. It is expected that the EM2 will receive a buff in the ADS department in a future patch, so it is still worth leveling. If the ADS if buffed significantly, it could be pushed up into top-tier.
The third new addition is the Martial shotgun pistol, which when duel-wielded will likely see meta play as a viable secondary when taking a ghost build loadouts on the first drop. These pistols pack a punch at close range and can one-shot someone with a headshot inside 6m. The best loadout is looking to be duel-wielding them for 4 shots before you have to reload, but it is unlikely these pistils will beat out duel-wielded Renetti’s or the Sykhov.
