Riot Games is launching the VALORANT Partner Program, a new creator initiative that gives content creators direct access to official support, exclusive in-game rewards, and creator resources. The first application window opens on August 3, 2026, and remains available until August 28, 2026.
The new program replaces Riot’s previous invite-only approach, allowing eligible creators from around the world to apply directly through the Creator Hub.
What is the VALORANT Partner Program?
The VALORANT Partner Program is Riot’s official creator support initiative for streamers, YouTubers, TikTok creators, and other community members who regularly produce VALORANT content.
According to Riot, the program is designed to recognize creators who are passionate about the game, foster positive communities, and consistently engage with their audiences. The initiative is also part of Riot’s broader effort to reopen creator partnerships across titles including League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Wild Rift.
Unlike the previous invite-only system, creators of all sizes now have an opportunity to apply, provided they meet the program’s requirements.
When do applications open?
The first application period runs from:
- Opens: August 3, 2026
- Closes: August 28, 2026
Creators who miss this application window shouldn’t worry, as Riot has confirmed that additional application waves will be held in the future.
Who can apply?
Applicants should prepare the following before submitting their application:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide links to their primary VALORANT content
- Maintain an active creator profile on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or X
- Regularly create VALORANT-focused content
- Demonstrate genuine community engagement
Riot emphasizes that an active and positive community matters more than simply having a large number of followers.

VALORANT Partner Program requirements
Riot has outlined three key qualities it wants to see in successful applicants.
Passion for VALORANT
Creators should consistently produce authentic VALORANT content and demonstrate a genuine connection to the game.
Positive community presence
Applicants are expected to maintain respectful behavior both on their own channels and across the wider VALORANT community. Riot has made it clear that professionalism and positive conduct are important considerations when reviewing applications.
Active community engagement
Rather than focusing solely on subscriber or follower counts, Riot wants creators who actively interact with their audiences and contribute to the game’s community.
Benefits of joining the VALORANT Partner Program
Creators accepted into the program will gain access to several exclusive benefits, including:
- Complimentary Battle Passes
- Unlocked Agents
- Giveaway codes for their communities
- Dedicated player support for eligible issues
- Access to Riot’s Creator Hub and official creator resources
These perks are intended to help creators grow their communities while giving them additional tools to support their content.
How to apply
Once applications open on August 3, creators can submit their applications through Riot’s Creator Hub.
Applicants will receive updates through the email address used during registration, while the Creator Hub will also display their application status.
Although the program is available globally, Riot notes that some regional restrictions may apply depending on local regulations.
The VALORANT Partner Program represents a significant step toward making Riot’s creator ecosystem more accessible. By opening applications to creators of all sizes, the company is giving passionate members of the community a chance to receive official support while continuing to grow their audiences.
