Ever dreamed of decorating your own floating islands in the sky? Twinkleby, the cozy new game from Swedish studio Might & Delight, was just selected as a “Ones to Play” highlight during the Future Games Show at gamescom 2025.
A free demo of Twinkleby is now live on Steam for PC, Mac, and Linux, with full Steam Deck support. The full launch is set for fall 2025.
Build, Decorate, and Welcome Tiny Neighbors
In Twinkleby, creativity takes center stage. Players can build and decorate floating homes, gardens, and dreamscapes, charming, strange, or anything in between. As you decorate, curious little residents will arrive by flying boats. Some are rare, and only the most dedicated players will collect them all.
Residents don’t just bring personality, they also bring gifts. Keep them happy to earn rewards, or, if things get too crowded, send them on their way. Just know they won’t be thrilled about leaving.
A Sky Full of Surprises
Twinkleby lets you redesign your archipelago at any moment. Toss furniture, homes, or even entire items off the island’s edge. Don’t worry! Everything safely returns to your collection. Change colors, weather, seasons, and even backdrops. As the scenery shifts, so does the soundtrack, creating a living, breathing dreamworld.
Players can also expand further along the Twinkleby star chart, unlocking new islands and discovering more whimsical companions.
