In this new role, Cieplik will lead all brand partnership, monetization, and revenue growth initiatives. Importantly, this role will encompass TSM’s roster of championship esports teams, players, and world-class influencers.

Stephan is an award-winning executive in sports marketing and a success-driven sports commercial strategist. Accordingly, he brings to TSM two decades of dedicated experience in the global sports industry. Throughout his exceptional career, he has contributed to the growth of leading global organizations. These organizations include City Football Group, Manchester City Football Club, Total Sports Asia, and the Asian Football Confederation.
Under his leadership, he has been responsible for more than $1.15 billion in revenue. He has a proven track record of building successful commercial teams and structures. Furthermore, Stephan created award-winning activations that saw record-breaking revenues.
