A Green Revolution Led by El Presidente and Sunny Flowers
In this exciting new chapter, El Presidente teams up with none other than Tropico’s most passionate environmental advocate, Sunny Flowers. Together, they’re on a mission to revitalize the island with nature’s wonders. Return to Nature introduces 15 new nature-themed buildings, including the Forest School and Outdoor Gym, where citizens can combine fitness with fresh air.
The centerpiece of this green revolution is the Biggdrasil, an iconic world wonder with the power to revolutionize agriculture, boost the wood industry, and improve Tropico’s economy and international relations. Who knew that nature could be so powerful?
Embrace Sustainability with the Nature Value System
But the green revolution doesn’t stop there. With the Return to Nature DLC, players can embrace a new gameplay mechanic called the Nature Value system. This innovative feature rewards players for eco-friendly planning, such as planting trees and making sustainable decisions. In return, players will receive bonuses to efficiency and harmony, allowing nature to flourish alongside the hardworking people of Tropico.
Additionally, the DLC introduces three new edicts to help guide Tropico’s eco-renaissance, including Reforestation, Natural Reaction, and Tropical Paradise, helping players manage their island’s environmental transformation. And because every great leader needs a signature style, El Presidente now boasts a special nature-themed suit, and players can decorate their palace with one of four scenic Biggdrasil statues.
Free Update 23 Brings New Features and Improvements
As part of this launch, Kalypso Media is also releasing Update 23 for Tropico 6 across PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4|5. This free update brings several exciting improvements to the game, including the ability to plant trees and decorate with custom parks. Additionally, a new Search and Filter Tool has been added, making it easier than ever to personalize and enhance your tropical paradise.
For those eager to fully embrace the green revolution, Return to Nature also offers a brand-new scenario mission titled El Árbol De Maravilla. This tutorial-like mission guides players through the new gameplay mechanics, helping them unlock the full potential of nature’s gifts. Plus, the map from the mission is available in sandbox mode, giving players endless possibilities for experimentation.
