Leblanc is one of those champions that Riot Games can’t seem to get in the right position, and after reworks and reverts across the board, we think she is probably going to stay how she is for a while, so we’ve got the 5 easiest Leblanc matchups for you here!
Xerath

Xerath is a very easy matchup for Leblanc, as long as you avoid his stun! He wants to be poking down immobile enemy Mid Laner without having to give up minions in fear of getting chunked!
As an assassin, you are very mobile and able to dive on him whenever necessary, so wait for him to use his stun, dodge it and just poke him down with your W + Q + E combo until he is forced to recall!
With the new Leblanc build of rushing Statikk Shiv, you have enough wave clear to match Xerath and push him under tower if you have poked him down a bit, so this matchup is one of the best in the game for Leblanc!
Azir

Azir is very similar to Xerath in that he wants to be laning against an immobile Mid Laner, but he can also deal with diving assassins using his ultimate ability.
This, however, is not the case with Leblanc, as she can dive in and get out, unlike champions such as Zed, Talon, etc.
She can jump over Azir’s wall with her long range, and the fact that she is comfortable farming with auto attacks allows her to play away from his soldiers so that he can’t poke her down in lane whilst farming.

Azir likes to all-in enemies after poking them down, but as a Leblanc you have a lot of escape, so there are very little opportunities for Azir to commit everything and all in you—unless you get ganked, so be careful of that!
Aurelion Sol

Aurelion Sol is another hyper-immobile AP Mid Laner who Leblanc can destroy, and this is mainly because of her range.
Being able to farm from outside of the minion wave means that Aurelion Sol has to choose between pushing the wave and poking Leblanc down.
Champions such as Ekko, Yasuo, and Yone all have to play in the minion wave, so Aurelion Sol can somewhat control them, but Leblanc can easily go in for a quick trade and be out before Aurelion Sol can retaliate!
Ziggs

Ziggs is arguably one of the harder ones on this list, but he is still a cakewalk with Leblanc! He is a lot better at poking you down than the other champions on this list, but you just need to make sure you are not running straight at him!

We recommend using your W to the side, then using your ultimate to repeat your W forward, so you are not diving straight on him!
This means you can avoid his E and W he uses as his defensive tools, and not get poked down by a bunch of Q’s on the way.
In team fights, you want to look for the flank to kill Ziggs as he loves to play team fights traditionally from front to back.
As a Ziggs you want to stand behind your tanks and throw out bombs into oblivion. So if you are a Leblanc jumping over the wall to one-shot him, he won’t be very happy!
Vel’Koz

Our final matchup on this list is Vel’Koz, and you guessed it, he’s another immobile AP Mid Laner. This is because these kinds of champions want to fight what is in front of them, not what can get on top of them and behind them.
Make sure you use your E chain to lock him down, and then keep following him, weaving in auto attacks.
We think this is one of the easiest matchups on the list, as alongside Xerath, he is the only champion here not to have built-in escape! These are a lot easier than champions such as Ryze or Sylas who can get away with ease!
One thing to make sure of is that you are not caught out by his ultimate without your W up, as you are very squishy and at a distance, he has some of the best damage in the game!
