Finding the top 3 Zenyatta skins in Overwatch 2 can be difficult. Since the hero has been around so long, he’s accumulated so many cosmetics that many players aren’t sure which ones are worth spending their credits on.
So instead of waiting and sitting on those credits and coins for a day that may never come, Gamelevate is going to help you out. In this list we’ll go over 3 Zenyatta skins that were voted most popular by the community. So don’t wait any longer! Here are the top 3 Zenyatta skins in Overwatch 2!
Takoyaki

Takoyaki Zenyatta is one of the hero’s newer skins, initially released in the weekly shop in season 3 for players to purchase using credits. And while many players may have missed out on this skin during the short week it was available for, they shouldn’t worry too much.
Recently, Blizzard has been recirculating many of the older shop skins at a fairly high pace. This is giving any player who is having FOMO over this skin a redemption shot. While it may not be in the shop right now, players should wait just a little longer and hold out hope. It should be coming back in the near future for another chance.
The skin itself is really lovable and super fun. It featured Zenyatta as a takoyaki vendor. Coming complete with a fun, octopus-themed outfit, a cute hat, as well as replacing his orbs with takoyaki balls! Without a doubt, this is one of the top 3 Zenyatta skins in Overwatch 2.
Toybot

Unlike our first skin on the list, this one is a little bit older, but it still holds up to the test of time. Toyboy Zenyatta was released for the 2020 Winter Wonderland event, so players at the time could try and grab it from the old loot box system. However, with a new shop system in place, anyone who wants this sweet skin can grab it at their leisure in the hero shop.
Players always love holiday themed skins, but many of them are fairly simple. Unfortunately, that leaves fans wanting a little more. But Zenyatta players didn’t think twice when they saw this skin, and it was an instant hit. Blizzard completely changed the appearance of the hero to look like something entirely new.
Equipped with orbs that look like a puzzle game, a face with changing expressions, and a completely new, baby blue toy robot body. This change-up really made Zenyatta fans happy. And there should be no other place than here, with the top 3 Zenyatta skins in Overwatch 2.
Cultist

Last, but certainly not least, is Cultist Zenyatta. For those long-time Gamelevate fans, you’ve probably seen this skin on the previous Zenyatta skins list. But while we keep up with the times in our articles, Zenyatta players have spoken yet again. They’re still saying that this skin is one of the top 3 Zenyatta skins in Overwatch 2, and we can’t help but agree.
Being one of the hero’s most played skins for so long, it really is a staple for the hero. Released all the way back in 2017 for the Halloween Terror event, even players of the time knew it would hold up over the years. With cool new voice lines, a Cthulhu-esque head, eerie purple skin, and orbs covered in eyeballs, it really sets itself apart from all other legendary skins.
Players unsure of what Zenyatta skin to buy should look no where else than this list. But if you want a piece of Overwatch history, then this is the skin you really want. Feel free to pick it up at any time in the hero shop, and with all the free credits Blizzard is giving out, there is no excuse to not buy it.
The wrap up
With preferences changing over time, Gamelevate will be around to update players with what the top 3 Zenyatta skins in Overwatch are. It may be harder for newer players to pick what they want. And some may have FOMO from other skins that are much harder to get.
But we want everyone to feel like they can get a piece of the hero they love most. Even if some skins are out of reach, these lists always try to have the most practical skins as possible. This way, we won’t leave out any players. Just have fun playing Overwatch, and leave the rest to us!
