Reinhardt has been a pillar of the tank role in Overwatch since the game’s inception and here are the best Reinhardt skins.
His powerful shield, mixed with great close-ranged damage, allows him to make risky plays and survive as well as protect his team from an onslaught of attacks.
While many Overwatch 2 players can agree that he is an incredibly powerful tank, there is still much debate over which of his skins are the best to use in their games.
So, to help put an end to those squabbles, here are the top 3 Reinhardt skins in Overwatch 2.
Top 3 Reinhardt skins in Overwatch 2: Griefhardt
Without a doubt, this skin should be nowhere else other than the list of top 3 Reinhardt skins in Overwatch 2.
This cosmetic depicts Reinhardt in the overgrown and plant-ravaged armor of his deceased mentor, Balderich von Alder. As a big part of Reinhardt’s story, upon von Alder’s death, Reinhardt takes it upon himself to join Overwatch in his mentor’s stead. Because of that, it made this skin a big plot point in the game.
Because this story is so popular, many players have saved up credits in order to purchase this cosmetic. In the past, it has been a bit more luck-reliant with loot crates.
But now, players who want to pick up this skin can get it in the hero shop as they, please. Or, wait until it appears in the daily shop at a discount for those who are looking to get a good deal.
Draugr
Draugr Reinhardt, upon the skin’s release, became an instant classic among tank mains and it is one of the best Reinhardt skins.
Released in 2021 as a part of the Halloween Terror event, Draugr Reinhardt shows the hero as an undead warrior. He was totally ready to wake from his eternal slumber to protect his team from an enemy attack.
When the skin was first released, it was only available during the time of the Halloween Terror event. However, in Overwatch 2, it can easily be bought at any time from the hero shop. Making it an easy pick-up for any aspiring Reinhardt main.
Players were initially excited about the fun theme, cool battle-worn armor, and, of course, the awesome beard. Even today, that cool factor translates over.
Since this skin is so popular, despite all the new skins to have come out, it certainly deserves to be on the list of the top 3 Reinhardt skins in Overwatch 2.
Conductor
Some players might say that there should be cosmetics other than Conductor Reinhardt on the list of top 3 Reinhardt skins in Overwatch 2. But the majority has spoken and have said that this skin more than deserves to be here.
What eked this skin into the list over others is the fun nature of the skin that fits the character of Reinhardt as a whole. That, as well as the whimsical holiday theme the skin brings.
Reinhardt mains love to pair this skin with fun yuletide holiday sprays, voice lines and emotes to really bring seasonal joy to any map year-round. Players also love the sound Reinhardt makes when he uses his Charge ability. Since it really honors the whole train conductor vibe.
Be it the holiday season or the middle of Summer; players love to bring this skin into any map they can and have a ball.
The wrap-up
As new Reinhardt skins come out, there may be some that will take the place of some of the skins you may have read here.
When that does happen, we will be sure to keep you updated with which skins players love more than the ones already on this list. So stay tuned, and we will keep you in the know!
