There are very cool Overwatch 2 Bastion skins, and Bastion was one of the first heroes to be released in Overwatch. While he has undergone many changes to make him more balanced, players still seem to hate playing against him.
His aggressive, sit-back-and-spray style makes him annoying to face, especially for players who play into his counters. However, because many people still love him, he has a fairly large following with plenty of diehard mains.
Amongst these Bastion aficionados, there is an issue of which skin for him is the best. Is it the coolest-looking one? Is it the rarest one? Well, to help these players and other Overwatch fans, here are the top 3 Bastion skins in Overwatch 2.
Overwatch 2 Bastion skins: Dune Buggy

When this skin was first released, it received a huge amount of praise from the player base. It may not be lore-centric, and it may not be super rare or have any flashy bits, but it just looks neat.
The idea of the skin takes Bastion from a peaceful war machine to a tricked-out buggy, which is a funny play on the fact that Bastion is built for battle, but he can stand to have a little fun on the beach too.
The cool-looking white and orange frame really gives the whole skin a relaxing vibe that makes the hero feel unique, which is the whole point of skins! While this particular skin was available for the Overwatch Anniversary event, players should be able to pick it up easily and for a reasonable price!

Gwishin

Part of the Overwatch Archives event, Gwishin Bastion is a rather evil-looking twist on the hero’s normal peaceful-looking disposition.
Red illumination around the chest, eyes, machine gun, and sharp, chrome edges really turn the hero into something different. By giving Bastion that bad-guy vibe (similar to a few of his other skins), Blizzard can capture the hero in a light that many players may not see him as.
The classic “misunderstood hero” trope gets completely turned on its head with this skin and really gives players a peek into what really lies under the shell of their favorite omnic.
This skin should also be fairly easy to pick up, so players should be sure to save up credits to get this skin to roll into their next game.
BlizzCon 2016

BlizzCon 2016 Bastion is not the flashiest skin he has, but its rarity makes this skin particularly desirable. Only available through the 2016 BlizzCon event, players could pick up a code for this skin to redeem it in the game.
Because of that, many players do not have this skin, despite wanting it desperately.
Again, while this may not be his best-looking skin, it still looks super sweet. It almost takes a play on the Carbon Fiber skin theme, but it has a few tweaks and adjustments that really sell the skin as something different from the others.
A true homage to the game through this iconic hero. Unfortunately, this skin doesn’t look like it will return anytime soon, as with most cosmetics attached to in-person events. The best advice we can give is to attend the next BlizzCon and hope to get some cool loot while you’re there!
Ultimately, players will have different opinions on which skins are the best; for some, they may have made it here, and others may not. Regardless, players come to Overwatch to play the game more than spend money on cosmetics.
The skins are a bonus to put on top of the already great game. But for those players that may have one of Bastion’s rarer skins, revel in the fact that you are one of the lucky few to be able to trick out a classic hero in some sweet gear.
