Patches in League of Legends are so important to keep on top of, whether it is to know if your favorite champion has been buffed or nerfed, whether the game has been changed massively, or even if you are just a collector and love collecting skins in League of Legends, you need to know when they are coming out.
This is the full list of the dates that every patch in 2023 has already come out on, or is at least expected to come out on.
Riot Games release new patches for their hit MOBA game around every two weeks, give or take a few days, and this adds a whole new load of changes to the game; keeping it fresh, balanced, and most importantly, interesting!

The full 2023 League of Legends Patch Schedule: Dated

Once again, we would like to reiterate that, whilst most likely accurate, these are all expected if they haven’t come out already, but if there are any changes from Riot Games to the schedule, they will be minor and only a couple of days apart.
An example of this is Patch 13.10, which was delayed 24 hours on every server around the world, but there was also a notice put out by Riot Games and they announced this, so we weren’t just blindsided without the next patch!

This list has been officially published by Riot Games, and as you can tell, most of these updates will roll out on the Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the week the latest patch is due, so make sure you keep an eye on that.
Sometimes, for new content within League of Legends, such as champion releases, skin releases, or even special events, Riot Games allocates them their own release dates, separate to the release date of the patch they come in on, which is usually a couple of days later!
