Team Liquid have announced their roster for LCS 2023 season featuring Summit, Pyosik, Haeri, Yeon, and CoreJJ.
Last season, Team Liquid formed a roster that looked one of the best on paper. However, things did not go as planned for the team. The North American organization failed to achieve anything worthy and missed both international events. This year, they are looking to win it all this season as they have formed another roster that looks very strong on paper. Summit, Pyosik, Haeri, Yeon, and CoreJJ are going to compete under the Team Liquid jersey in the LCS 2023 season.
Team Liquid LCS 2023 Roster
Summit will be the new top laner of the team. He is not a foreigner for the North American League of Legends scene as he had played for Cloud9 before. He spent his last season under the FunPlus Phoenix roof. The Worlds 2022 winner jungler, Pyosik will join the South Korean top laner. He recently parted ways with DRX as all the other members had also decided to join other organizations.
Haeri will be the new mid laner of Liquid. The Australian player had already been playing for TL, as the academy mid. Alongside Haeri, Yeon has also been promoted to the main roster. Lastly, CoreJJ has stayed with the team to support Yeon in the bot lane. CoreJJ has been one of the most loyal players of all time as the South Korean support joined Liquid a while ago.
All the players on the roster speak Korean and that was the main goal Liquid wanted to reach in forming the lineup. Summit and Pyosik are the only imports while the rest of the squad is US citizens. Team Liquid looks like one of the strongest teams on paper, heading into LCS 2023.
