A new Steam Controller 2 Webpage has popped up sparking excitement in gamers.
Valve’s upcoming Steam Machine and latest controller have yet to mark a release date.
But why does this random site having a dedicate page indicate anything important?
Komodo Steam Controller 2 Webpage
In brief summary this Steam Controller 2 Webpage indicates the console is soon to release. Although this is speculative the sudden emergence shows Valve readying up for something big.

But starting off the website Komodo Station has listed the second Valve controller. This is important as Komodo after the official retailers of Valve hardware and merchandise. Because this page popped up just today out of the blue with no announcement or fanfare the tinfoil’s are on.
It is more than likely that the retailer has posted the page in anticipation of release. However, some have pointed out that this may indicate the reales of the controller not the Steam Machine. Because as we know every hardware sector is suffering shortages Valve may be pulling a sly one. To keep up hype for the console and get something out in the meanwhile Valve may drop the controller on its own!
Also to note alongside the Steam Controller 2 Webpage is the hidden unboxing video for the product. Because Valve uploaded a video to the main site. However, this video is encrypted and is not accessible to the public just yet.

Add this to the new updated site and that feeling of Hope surging through your body that means it is going to drop. Valve have done this in the past with the Valve VR headset and 1st version of the pad.
But again, it is hard to say if this will lead to a release alongside the Steam Machine. Many are speculating that will be pushed back further due to industry pressure.
Comes In 3
Although the Steam Controller 2 Webpage indicates hardware there is a third option. First, you get the most likely peripheral drop anyone can pick up and enjoy. Second you get the console itself crashing into the market and killing Xbox because let’s be real, they are already dead!

Thirdly you get that sweet exclusive bit of software that instantly would rake in the cash no matter the price. Something so big and massive to the industry that fans have been waiting for years for!
Half Life 3 is that ray of sunshine that keeps creeping in through the dark. Although I would say that may be some time off and would definitely not be a controller launch title. If that came out it would have to be alongside the Steam Machine to warrant buying one.
However, it has been a bit quiet on the Freeman front for a couple months I must say. I would not say that it means it’s not coming out but it would definitely point to having some effect on it.
Overall, the Steam Controller 2 Webpage is a good sign of good things to come soon. Whether or not you can afford it in this current market though well that is something else entirely!
I would fork some cash for those magnetic thumb sticks though just saying!
