Understanding the narrative of Slitterhead is certainly not an easy thing. The developers wanted to give the game a particular imprint to try to create something different. However, the loop mechanics that dominate the game may not be well understood by some players and this may mean that they are not able to understand the ending of the game.
In this article, therefore, we decided to explain to you the Slitterhead endings that you can get. In fact, in addition to the ending that you will get once you reach the credits, it is also possible to unlock the true ending. If you also have doubts about this, you are in the right place!
Obviously, we would like to point out that, given the nature of the article, there will be several spoilers about the game. Consequently, if you have not yet reached the end and do not want to ruin the surprise, we recommend that you come back to read this article at a later time.

Slitterhead Endings
As we have already mentioned, in Slitterhead it is possible to get two different endings. One that can be reached with the normal progression of the game and the other that, instead, is considered the true ending. Let’s see together both endings what they mean and what mysteries they hide.
Main Ending
In the main ending, Julee meets Alex, also known as Leopard Head, on a rooftop and tries to talk some sense into him. She tells him the Slitterhead threat is over, and there’s no reason to keep fighting. But Alex is angry. He can’t forgive Julee and Night Owl for caring about some of the Slitterheads, and he won’t listen.
His anger takes over, and he attacks Julee using a terrifying new power to control random people. Even so, Julee manages to defeat him. As Alex falls, the strange blue glow in his eyes fades, but he gives a final, bitter laugh.
When Julee thinks it’s over, she hears a loud noise. A plane is coming straight for her, and it’s clear Alex has taken control of the pilot, refusing to let things end peacefully. In a scene after the credits, Night Owl reflects on the idea of eternity. He hints that if Julee dies, the whole cycle might start all over again.

True Ending
But now let’s talk about the true ending. To see the true ending, players first need to complete the normal ending and then replay earlier missions to lower the casualty count to 66 or fewer. This unlocks a new mission called “Last Duel RE (2nd Loop),” which gives a new take on the final fight between Julee and Alex. In this mission, it’s revealed that Night Owl and Leopard Head are actually two sides of the same being.
Julee and Alex battle again, and the fight ends as before—Alex is left bleeding on the rooftop. But this time, there’s a twist. As time slows down, players can try to save Julee by possessing a passenger in the airplane flying overhead. But you only have eight seconds to act.
If successful, Night Owl takes over and fights his way to the cockpit. Leopard Head tries to stop him by possessing the pilot and a flight attendant. The mid-credits scene shows the plane narrowly avoiding crashing into the building where Julee is standing.
Afterward, Julee sees that Alex has vanished. In the post-credits scene, Alex is shown riding into the night, his eyes still glowing blue. A final message on the screen hints at the ongoing battle between Julee, Alex, and the Slitterheads.

Не надо там ничего переигрывать. Просто уговариваешь всех, кроме Джули, покинуть город, а затем идешь на последнюю миссию. Вчера таким образом открыл истинную концовку
