The app is available for both iOS and Android devices. It provides a simple way for Fortnite and Rocket League players to share their gameplay clips on social media platforms.
Basically, the process of capturing gameplay has now become much more accessible. Postparty centralizes the process for Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and PC players into one central app.
Available for Fortnite and Rocket League – For Now
Currently, the app has been specifically designed for Fortnite and Rocket League players. Postparty makes it easier than ever to capture and share your best moments.
Moreover, Postparty can capture your Fortnite gameplay in Battle Royale and creator-made islands. However, it cannot capture your gameplay in Save the World.

How to Record Fortnite and Rocket League Clips
To get started with recording your Fortnite and Rocket League clips, you’ll need to download the Postparty app. The app is available from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). After downloading, sign up with your Epic Games account, so you can start capturing clips in Fortnite.
When you’re ready, launch Fortnite on your gaming platform. Afterward, hold the capture button/key to capture your last 30 seconds of gameplay. Note that player voice chat and text chat is not included in the capture.
How to Record Fortnite Clips on Controllers or Keyboards
For controllers or keyboards use the following:
- The options button on PlayStation controllers
- The menu button on Xbox controllers
- The + button on Nintendo Switch controllers
- The Esc key on Keyboards
How to Share Fortnite and Rocket League Clips on Social Media Platforms
Once you’ve captured your clip, it will appear in your Postparty app library. The processing time may take up to five minutes. After that, select the clip, trim it to your desired length, and share it on your social media platform of choice. The minimum length for a clip is three seconds.
After each elimination in Fortnite, you’ll receive an in-game prompt encouraging you to capture a clip. Remember, this is only available if you’ve signed up to Postparty with your Epic Games account.
If you don’t want to receive this prompt, you can disable it by turning off “Clipping Reminders”. This is available in the “Clipping” section of Fortnite’s Account and Privacy settings.
