In Persona 3 Reload, Clairvoyant Relic is one of the earlier mini-bosses that players will have to beat to progress in Tartarus.
The second area of Tartarus is Arqa, with its creepy dark purple interiors reminiscent of an Aliens horror space ship.
In the first half of Arqa, players will have to contend with Clairvoyant Relic, the border guardian on floor 42.

Persona 3 Reload Clairvoyant Relic weaknesses
The Clairvoyant Relic will be one of the first challenging encounters players will have to overcome.
It firmly establishes the trend of boss encounters for Persona 3 Reload. Namely, boss enemies won’t have a glaring exploitable elemental weakness like many of the standard fights, and can hit back just as hard.
The Clairvoyant Relic has no weaknesses and is immune to Light and Dark attacks. Luckily, it has no resistances either, so all of your party members will be able to contribute with damage.
One thing to be wary of is the ability that makes the boss clairvoyant. Namely, it has access to fire, ice, wind and shock magic.
This means it’ll be able to hit all party members’ elemental weaknesses, giving it big damage and One More opportunities.
Players will want to follow Mitsuru’s hint to focus on buffs and debuffs in this fight.

What are the best battle tactics for SEES
The first thing to prepare for this fight is to make sure you’re appropriately levelled.
Make sure to hunt down every rare treasure enemy to get a big chunk of experience. Further, make sure to prioritize EXP Boosts whenever they appear in Shuffle Time.
Also, keep on top of your Persona fusions. The Persona 3 Reload protagonist’s Personas level up much slower than his party members’. To counteract that, make sure to fuse your Personas so they match your character’s level. Ideally, it won’t have a fire, ice, wind, or shock weakness so the Relic can’t hit the protagonist at least.
Make sure to top up your HP and SP before taking the fight. You won’t want to waste turns during the fight using items to heal or recharge.
Finally, if you’re really struggling, you can come back to this fight once Akihiko has joined the party. While it’s possible to beat the Clairvoyant Relic with only the protagonist, Yukari and Junpei, having the fourth fighter will give much more assurance.
Once you actually get into the fight, you’ll want to use your buffs and debuffs.
Yukari has Sukunda which lowers an enemy’s accuracy and evasion. Junpei has Rakukaja which raises one ally’s defense. Akihiko has Tarunda which lowers one enemy’s attack. If possible, the player can round out the buffs with a Persona who can use Tarukaja to boost a teammate’s attack.
In the fight, the Relic will use its first turn to scan your team and identify their weaknesses. Use this turn to apply buffs and debuffs.
The most important skill is Yukari’s Sukunda. The Relic can quickly snowball its advantage with multiple One More attacks if it can hit your team’s weaknesses. Crucially, any teammate knocked down won’t be able to dodge, and they won’t be able to join in on an All-Out Attack. If the protagonist gets knocked down, you won’t be able to initiate an AOA at all.
Lowering the Clairvoyant Relic’s accuracy means you can stop its momentum by not letting it land its hits at all.
While all forms of damage except Light/Dark are viable, players will want to prioritize Physical strikes. This is because unlike elemental attacks, all Physical hits have a chance to critically strike.
A crit will knock down the Relic, opening it up to an All-Out Attack which will do huge damage.
So in summary, keep your Persona’s and party’s level up. Then use buffs and debuffs, with a focus on the Accuracy/Evasion stats. Finally, use Junpei and Akihiko to attack with their powerful Physical strikes.
If all goes well, you should be able to overcome the Clairvoyant Relic and progress in Persona 3 Reload.
