To get to the promised land in Patch 13.9, these are the best champions for each lane in Patch 13.9 that you can abuse to climb!
This patch comes with the Neeko Midscope; some well-deserved nerfs to Jinx and Sion, and most importantly, the awesome new Inkshadow skins!
Top Lane: Ornn

Ornn is the best Top Laner at the moment, and not because he’s received some buffs recently! In fact, the last time Ornn was buffed was last season in Season 12!
However, in Patch 13.8, the Freljordian God got a bugfix, making his E, Searing Charge, and Ultimate Ability, Call of the Forge God, no longer Cleansable!
Ornn is also a huge counter to champions such as some of the other best Top Laners in Patch 13.9, Malphite, Sion, and Jayce, who are all very meta champions at all elos currently.
This is because he stacks armor and HP, which means alongside his Passive, Living Forge, allowing him to buy items in lane, he can almost never be pressured out of lane!
Jungle: Kha’Zix

Jarvan IV is still hovering around the top spot for Jungle, but this patch we are giving it to the Void Bug! Kha’Zix has been buffed for the past two patches, with his Q, Taste Their Fear, and Isolation range reduced, making enemies Isolated more, and the damage also being increased!
He can easily 1v1 almost any Jungler in the early game due to his Isolation, and with an Eclipse rush, you spike hard after your first item!
This early pressure translates into late-game picks, with his abilities all upgrading the later you get, by leveling up his Ultimate ability, Void Assault.
Mid Lane: Fizz

Fizz is our pick for the best Mid Laner to gain free LP with for Patch 13.9, and with a couple of buffs this season already, the Tidal Trickster has slowly been climbing the ranks under the radar!
He is the best Assassin you can play in the Mid Lane, and with His E, Playful, allowing him to dodge a lot of CC that the rest of the pack tries to lock him down with, you should have no trouble climbing!
Some of the other best picks for Mid Lane have very obvious crowd control that their combo revolves around, such as Pantheon, Ahri, and Anivia, as well as him being an absolute beast against immobile champions like Vel’Koz and Aurelion Sol!
Bot Lane: Kog’Maw

Jinx is still one of the best ADCs in the game, but as we have put Jinx as our Bot Lane pick for the past few Lane Stomper lists, we have decided to switch it up with the rotting void creature!
Kog’Maw received some buffs in the last patch, with him not even being in consideration for our Patch 13.7 Lane Stompers; we didn’t expect him to be this good in Patch 13.8!
The Logitech G502 X line features a new way to game with its innovative hybrid switches for speed, precision, and lightweight.
His Passive, Icathian Surprise, now does more damage and is faster, and his Q, Caustic Spittle, and E, Void Ooze, both got minor buffs too.
Guinsoo’s Rageblade is the best rush item on him, and with it being promoted to a Mythic next patch, he is sure to stay in the meta!
Support: Milio

As you can imagine, we are sick and tired of hearing about Riot Games’ latest champion, Milio, but he is still the best Support in the game!
His disengage is criminally underrated, and with more healing and sustain than other supports, such as Rakan and Senna, around the top spot, he leaves very little to be desired!
One of the best Bot Lane duos you can abuse is actually Kog’Maw and Milio, meaning get a friend along, and you can get some freely!
