Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) announced today their entrance into competitive Rocket League, the vehicular soccer video game.
NIP is gearing up and will be making their debut at the twelfth season of the Rocket League Championship Series on January 27. The Ninja roster playing at the RLCS 2022-23 – Winter: SAM Regional 1 – Winter Open comprises two players from the former The Club team and a third player coming to NIP from FURIA.
“Expanding our esports footprint across new games and esports titles is a key priority for us at NIP. Historically, our legacy has been in FPS, but we are eager and excited to bring our experience and resources to other exciting titles such as Rocket League,” says Hicham Chahine, CEO of NIP.
