The LEC representatives, Misfits Gaming, are ready to compete against their opponents with their new 2022 LEC roster.
Misfits Gaming had a decent performance during the LEC 2021 Summer Split but they failed to qualify for the biggest League of Legends tournament, Worlds 2021. As the 2021 season came to an end, they parted ways with Ivan “Razork” Martin Diaz, who joined Fnatic, and Kasper “Kobbe” Kobberup, who is now a member of the Astralis organization. On top of these two, Oskar “Vander” Bogdan left the main roster to join Misfits Premier, their academy team. With these changes, Misfits Gaming filled the empty spots with European players to compete in the 2022 LEC season.

- Lucjan “Shlatan” Ahmad
- Vincent “Vetheo” Berrié

HiRit joined the Misfits organization last year and the board decided to keep the South Korean player within the team. HiRit used to play for 1907 Fenerbahçe Espor before joining Misfits Gaming. Shlatan will fill Razork’s shoes in the jungler position. After playing for many European teams, Shlatan joined Misfits Premier last year. He has been playing out of his mind and that is why the team decided to promote him to the main roster.
The French player Vetheo will remain in the mid lane. Vetheo has been a part of the team since 2020. Misfits Gaming’s bot lane has changed as they decided not to continue with Vander and Kobbe. Neon, former Schalke 04 Esports marksman, will be the new bot laner for Misfits Gaming. Neon showed some impressive performances last year under the Schalke 04 Esports roof. Joining him on the bottom side of the map, Mersa, who played for Gamers Origin in the LFL last year. Mersa is only 19 years old and 2022 will be his first year in LEC.
In the 2022 LEC season, Misfits Gaming will compete with the roster above. They have many players who are eager to win.
