The LoL patch 14.10 item changes are enormous, with massive reworks to multiple items. In particular, Marksman items are hugely different.
This is likely part of an effort to restore power to critical strike-based AD Carries, who have been struggling to hit the same power as they did in the past. Instead, many ADCs began to prefer Lethality or on-hit builds.
However, while the marksman items are the main event, there was plenty of changes and new options for the rest of the cast too.

There were a lot of changes to LoL items for patch 14.10. Straight off the bat, Corrupting Potion is now gone.

- Verdant Barrier now has a 100 gold cheaper recipe cost, which carries over to a 100 gold more expensive recipe for its upgrade, Banshee’s Veil
- Fated Ashes is a new Epic item. It costs an Amplifying Tome and a 500 gold upgrade cost. It grants 40 AP and applies a burn on ability damage, with extra damage against monsters.
- Blackfire Torch is a new Legendary item that builds from Fated Ashes, Lost Chapter, and 700 gold recipe cost. As a mana alternative to Liandry’s, it grants 90 AP, 600 mana, 25 haste, and a burn effect. For each burning champion, large monster, and epic monster, gain 4% AP per target.

- Overlord’s Bloodmail is a new item for health-heavy fighters. It uses two Tunnelers and 1000 gold recipe cost for 3300 gold total. It grants 40 AD, 500 HP, and 2% of bonus HP as AD. It grants extra AD based on missing HP%, up to 10% AD when at 30% HP.
- Blade of the Ruined King has more AD, more Attack Speed, and more Lifesteal. In exchange, its Mist Edge passive gives less %HP damage and it applies the slow only on the third consecutive attack instead of the first.
