Sengoku Gaming have announced two new signings for the upcoming season, ADC Lee “LokeN” Dong-wook and coach Bok “Reapered” Han-gyu have joined the organization.
Sengoku Gaming may not be the most successful Japanese esports team but they surely have enough fame. The Korean ADC LokeN and the Korean coach Reapered will be a part of the team in the upcoming season. LokeN will be the ADC and Reapered will take on the head coach and Chief Gaming Officer duties.
Detonation FocusMe’s success in the Japanese region is undeniably dominant but Sengoku Gaming have always been one step behind them. Last year, Sengoku managed to lead the regular season but lost to DFM in the playoff finals. Their roster featured Paz, Once, Jett, Honey, vital, and Enty.
LokeN is the new transfer of Sengoku Gaming alongside Reapered. The Korean marksman played in the Chinese league for the past couple of years. He left LCK in 2016 and joined QG Reapers. LokeN then played for JD Gaming and Top Esports. He will continue his career in Japan. Lastly, Sengoku will use Reapered’s wisdom in the industry. The Korean coach has been working for top teams since the start of his career. As a player, he played for Azubu Blaze, SK Telecom T1 1, and Jin Air Falcons. He continued his career as a coach for EDward Gaming and kept on coaching teams in NA, Cloud9, and 100 Thieves. Sengoku will use his experiences both as a head coach and also as the Chief Gaming Officer.
