With the recent changes to the items, Leblanc became the most broken champion in the game. LeBlanc has been an excellent pick SoloQ for years and in this Leablanc build guide, we will show you how to dominate!
However, she has never been this strong as she is probably the best abuser of the now broken Statikk Shivv item.
With this new build, She is the strongest champion in the mid-lane.
This LeBlanc Build Guide will explain why she became the OP champion of this patch and will give you the correct build path to abuse her in SoloQ.
Why is Statikk Shiv so good on LeBlanc?
LeBlanc has one of the highest single-target damages in LoL.
Her biggest problem is her weakness in wave clear. She has to use her main movement and damage ability(W) to clear waves, and this is not the best way to do it.
With the new Statikk Shiv passive, she can clear waves with only two auto attacks and then roam the whole game.
It is also pretty easy to keep up 10cs per minute with this item.
Also, since LeBlanc is a very slippery and mobile champion, she has a very easy time charging up the Statikk Shiv passive.

LeBlanc Build Guide: Item path
This part of the LeBlanc Build Guide will show you the best build path for the champion. Start the game with a long sword.
This will help you cs better in the lane and also will make it easier to get the Statikk Shiv. Then rush directly into Statik Shivv as it is the core item of this build.
Once you get this item, you will have very easy time with farming and roaming. After that, you will need a mythic item. After Shiv, buy Night Harvester.
This has two reasons: first we don’t need the extra mana from items like Luden or Liandry’s since we don’t depend on our abilities to clear waves, and second we need the highest burst damage possible.
After that, our 3rd core item is Lich Bane. Lich Bane is great with this build because we are already focusing on auto attacks with Statik Shivv, and a Shiv+ Lich Bane auto attack is deadly with this build.
Once you have these three core items, rest of the build depends on the game. If the enemy has heavy AD you could buy Zhonya’s Hourglass.
Or if you need more damage you can buy Rabadon’s Deathcap. If the enemy has stacked MR with their items, always make Void Staff follow Lich Bane because LeBlanc needs magic penetration badly.
LeBlanc is literally the best champion to gain ELO right now. In higher ELO levels she is banned 10/10 games, however in lower elo will be able to get your hands on her and abuse her for some free elo.
