Prominent North American esports organization, Immortals, enters a crypto partnership with Fetch.ai.
Founded in 2015, Immortals are a US-based esports organization that competes across multiple esports titles, including League of Legends, Valorant, Overwatch, and Wild Rift. They are dedicated to using gaming as a way to connect and build lasting legacies among its players, staff, and the gaming community. Previously, Immortals have partnered with giant brands such as Progressive, Toyota, Bud Light, and American Express, and now they’ve partnered with Fetch.ai.
Brett McGrew, Immortals’ VP of Partnerships and Activation, said, “As Fetch.ai enters the gaming space for the first time, we’re able to serve as an authentic platform for their brand by integrating them with our expanding influencer roster. We look forward to working with the Fetch.ai team to bring their brand to life through engaging activations that showcase their industry-leading technology.”
This year-long campaign will feature Immortals’ Wild Rift player “GosuHoon,” Valorant content creator Sheila “Pterodactylsftw” Weidman, and Queens Gaming Collective streamers and content creators, “AvaGG” and “Demisux.” This influencer campaign will be known as ‘Team Fetch.ai’.
This team will serve as brand ambassadors for Fetch.ai and will begin planned activities to drive engagement where viewers can win merchandise and NFT’s, and jerseys.

Fetch.ai is a Cambridge-based artificial intelligence lab, is building the infrastructure required for autonomous software agents to begin performing useful economic work on behalf of individuals, machines, businesses, and organizations. Fetch.ai’s network is based around open-source technology and gives users access to the power of AI on a world-scale secure dataset to carry out complex coordination tasks in the modern economy. Even though this is the first time Fetch.ai has partnered with an esports organization, they certainly aren’t the only ones.
“There are well over 1 billion gamers worldwide and Fetch.ai is keen to collaborate with fans of gaming and esports. Cryptocurrency and esports demographics overlap and with an eye on the metaverse for gaming, we are excited to bring Fetch.ai to esports fans and look forward to our collaboration with the Immortals team,” commented Humayun Sheikh, Fetch.ai CEO and Founder.
Along with FaZe Clan and Team Liquid, Immortals have now secured a crypto partnership with Fetch.ai that will help expand their reach into the growing demographic of gaming, esports, and crypto currency education.
