The International Esports Federation (IESF) and Esports Bar, the esports business matchmaking event, have announced their partnership which aims to see the acceleration of esports’ professional development around the globe.
Building the future of esports business together
IESF, who recently announced another strong collaboration with NASEF, will be working with Esports BAR to build a sustainable business environment in which esports can thrive. Esports BAR is a B2B matchmaking and networking event that is designed to expedite long-term partnerships and help companies expand internationally. IESF’s work to consistently promote esports and all its values align naturally with this proposition, and the partnership stands to benefit many actors within the industry.
Speaking about the partnership, IESF Secretary General Boban Totovski pointed out their efforts in finding new ways to support, guide, and educate their 106 Member Federations as well as the industry in general. With Esports BAR being an important international esports event, IESF saw an opportunity to work together to both unite as well as promote esports as a true sport beyond barriers.

Esports BAR Global Sales Director Maria Perez Belliere stated that they consider IESF as a valuable actor working to develop esports globally and Esports BAR’s role is to support initiatives that leave a positive impact within the esports ecosystem. The collaboration will be a step forward in promoting business sustainability in the industry.
Esports BAR will take place in Cannes, France between October 13-15 as a physical event. Next up, a three-day virtual conference focusing on esports development in the Asia Pacific region will take place between October 20-22.
