After spending 5 years under Fnatic’s roof, Zdravets “Hylissang” Iliev Galaboc has left the organization to join MAD Lions.
Hylissang is one of the most iconic LEC players of all time. Starting with Unicorns of Love, the Bulgarian support had great performances throughout his career. He is known for his loyalty as he only switch two before today. Hylissang has left Fnatic to join MAD Lions for the upcoming LEC season. MAD will be his third team in his career, which started back in 2014.
LEC 2022 Fnatic Roster
- Martin “Wunder” Nordahl Hansen
- Iván “Razork” Martín Díaz
- Marek “Humanoid” Brázda
- Elias “Upset” Lipp
- Zdravets “Hylissang” Iliev Galabov
As mentioned, Hylissang’s professional gaming career started back in 2014. He first played for Unicorns of Love between 2014 and 2017. He competed in the EU LCS tournament and showed his potential against the best supports at that time. Hylli played against names like kaSing, Mithy, Vander, Yell0wStaR, Jesiz, IgNar, and MikyX. His individual performance was recognized by most of the teams and finally, he joined Fnatic. Hylissang spent five years there. During his time at Fnatic, he won the LEC title and reached the Worlds 2018 Grand Final. Lastly, he competed at Worlds 2022 but failed to achieve anything worthy.
Hylissang will now compete for MAD Lions, according to the announcement. MAD had parted ways with İrfan “Armut” Berk Tükek and the support Normal “Kaiser” Kaiser a while ago. Kim “Chasy” Dong-hyeon came to fill Armut’s spot and Hylissang will fill the shoes of Kaiser. Kaiser was considered one of the best supports in the league and so is Hylli.
MAD Lions’ new roster looks solid on paper as the organization also signed its former ADC Matyáš “Carzzy” Orság. Elyoya and Nisqy are also going to continue their grinds under the MAD roof in the upcoming season.
