How To Perform Rainbow Flicks In Fifa 23

Off the bat, rainbow flicks are among the harder skill moves in Fifa to get right. Requiring multiple button combinations and good timing to execute properly, there’s more to this trick than just a humble ball roll or step-over. 

In Fifa 23, rainbow flicks are classed as a four-star skill move, meaning only players with that attribute will be able to perform them. They can be performed with the following controls: 

Xbox One / Xbox Series XlS: Flick the right stick down, and then follow it by flicking it up. Flick it up once more.

PS4 / PS5: Flick the right stick down, then flick it up twice, one after the other.

PC: Press 2, then 8, followed by 8.

How To Perform Advanced Rainbow Flicks In Fifa 23

Mastered the rainbow flick and looking for something a bit more flashy? 

Advanced rainbow flicks involve the same process as a rainbow flick, with the only difference being a ball roll being performed before going into the trick. It carries a bit more risk with it, but this small addition can make all the difference in the server, especially when playing against players who are familiar with skill moves and when they are typically deployed. 

However, advanced rainbow flicks can only be done by players with five-star skill moves so don’t attempt it with any of your bronze beasts!
