Open Beta New Character Tips
For a guide and some tips on how to play Ryu and Luke, check out our Street Fighter 6 Demo Guide.
Jamie

Jamie is one of the newest additions to the Street Fighter series and one of the most unique characters we have seen in a while. His gimmick is a drinking mechanic that goes up in percentage during the fight.
Certain special moves allow him to take a swig, gaining him a level up to a maximum of four. Try to take as many swigs as possible during the fight, as this allows him to use all his special moves, but try to create a safe distance when doing so, as the opponent will look to punish you.
Kimberly

Kimberly is all about speed and mobillity; she is one of the most mobile characters we have seen in the Street Fighter series.
Being in the same occupation as Guy, her move set is simillar, focusing on ninja dashes and aerial command throws. She can hop from one end of the screen to the other very quickly, so don’t assume you are safe on the other end while fighting her.
Her mechanic makes use of two stock spray cans that she can throw onto the field for a delayed attack or mix into her combos. This is a great pressure tool for keeping the opponent guessing when you will use your spray cans as well as gaining control of most of the screen. Be sure to utilise her drive rush a lot, as it leaves her on +9, which is substantially higher than most characters, allowing you great combo/ mixup potential.
