The new Honor of Kings 2026 Update is here bringing a ton of content!
Level Infinite’s 5v5 Moba hits the new year with a megaton of additions.
But who is new and what is the New Spriteling Troop game-play mode?
Honor of Kings 2026 Update
The Honor of Kings 2026 Update kicks off the new year with a burst of new content, giving players plenty of reasons to jump back into the battlefield. As the world’s most-played MOBA, Honor of Kings is opening 2026 with a brand-new mid-lane hero, a culturally inspired Wukong skin, and a team-focused gameplay mode designed to reward coordination and smart positioning.
From flashy new abilities to meaningful teamwork mechanics, this update sets the stage for an exciting year ahead.

Headlining the Honor of Kings 2026 Update is Haya, a powerful new mid-lane mage heroine launching on January 22. Players can unlock her for 588 tokens or 13,888 Starstones, with a limited-time launch discount dropping the price to 294 tokens during her first week.
Haya comes equipped with a versatile skill set, including Moon’s Farewell, Crescent Wave, Wayward Rays, and her ultimate Moonscape Mirage, making her a dangerous presence in lane fights and team battles alike.

Adding a cultural spotlight to the update, Wukong’s new Anoman skin arrives on January 29, inspired by Indonesia’s traditional Wayang Kulit shadow puppet theatre. Players can earn bargaining attempts through gameplay to reduce the skin’s price, unlocking it at the lowest possible cost. Any unused attempts are refunded as token vouchers, making the system both rewarding and player-friendly.
Spiriteling Troop Mode
Rounding out the Honor of Kings 2026 Update is the new Spiriteling Troop gameplay mode, available starting January 22. Integrated into the main battlefield, this mode encourages unity by allowing players to plant their national flag and generate a protective zone for nearby allies.

Spiritelings grant shields for five seconds, with the effect scaling based on how many teammates stand within the zone:
- 1 player: 25% of max HP
- 2 players: 20% of max HP each
- 3 players: 15% of max HP each
- 4 players: 12% of max HP each
- 5 players: 10% of max HP each
The result is more coordinated team fights, clutch defensive plays, and a stronger emphasis on sticking together as a squad.
Although the game mode is new it brings a lot of old play styles to the table with a twist. But don’t expect to be owning the lanes straight off the bat take to practice. Because trying with some bots to get the hang of it is not looked down upon so long as you appear offline!

Although for those unaware of the game here is a little rundown.
