Why Are The Gumayusi Settings So Unique
Lee “Gumayusi” Min-hyeong is a Korean professional League of Legends player for the team T1. He plays the role of AD Carry in the Bot Lane and is known for his insane Ezreal and Caitlyn plays.
But another aspect he is known for is his unique playstyle and settings. Most players tend to use either a locked or unlocked camera throughout the whole match, but Gumaysui prefers to utilise both at whim. Although during the lane phase, he usually sticks to lock and then switches up mid-team fights.
At first, this may not seem like a big deal, as some players also switch up their cameras mid-game. However, add to this an insane DPI and lightning-fast key presses, and to the casual player, it would look like a seizure, inducing how quick his gameplay is.
But this is not him spamming, but instead all to his advantage. If you watch any livestream of his, then you will hear his A key being pressed more than an autoclicker. Most of the time, he keeps the spacebar held down, which locks the camera onto the centre of his champion.
This is because his A key is bound to his attack range command, which allows him to see the attack range of his champion. By constantly spamming this and left-clicking, he is able to gauge how safe he is from enemy champs and is able to perform almost perfect kites.

His Mouse setup is as follows:
- 35 Mouse Speed
- Smooth Camera Disabled
- Show Auto Attack Range (Very important!)
- Attack Move on Cursor
- 800DPI
- 4th Node Windows Mouse Speed Acceleration On

Although, do keep in mind that this is a very unique play style even for LOL pro players. Most of the gameplay comes down to his hard earned mucle memory but with enough practice you can learn to adopt his playstyle in no time. Hopefully this even helps us get out of our stuck elo!
