There are so many gaming energy supplements on the market that it’s hard to choose which one to try. Today, we’re going to be reviewing Glytch Energy.

So, who is Glytch Energy? What do they offer, and are they worth trying?

About Glytch Energy

Glytch Energy is a family-owned and operated gaming supplement company. According to their website, they “create top of the line supplements that amplify energy, focus, recovery and promote restful sleep. At GLYTCH, we value leadership, integrity, performance, as well as creativity; the core values that make up our culture.”

What products do they offer?

Glytch Energy manufactures energy, post-game, and regular supplements.

  • The Energy range is supposed to help increase speed, focus, memory, and energy.
  • The Post-Game range is a caffeine-free, rapid hydration electrolyte formula that increases endurance, adrenal support, and recovery.
  • The Regular supplement range offers various supplements, some of which help increase clarity, motivation, and awareness. Others may help with focus, stamina, and speed.

Glytch Energy has a range of products to suit your various gaming needs. Today, however, we will review the Glytch Energy range.

Glytch Energy Review: Sweet and Sour Edition

Glytch Energy Review Sweet and Sour Edition

I am not a giant fan of overly sweet energy drinks or energy supplements. With that in mind, I wanted to try some of the sour flavors first from Glytch Energy. I’ve never purchased from this company before, so I wasn’t sure which flavor to try, and I wasn’t 100% sure what flavors were sour or sweet.

For this reason, I ordered the Big Pac. It’s a mix-and-match box where you can choose four flavors and receive 20 individual sachets (five of each flavor).

The two sweet and two sour flavors I purchased include:

  • Granny’s Grenade: Sour Green Apple
  • Rocket Pop: Cherry, Lime, and Blue Raspberry
  • Rainbow Magik: Rainbow Candy
  • Falcon Smash: Sour Blue Raspberry

Taste and Blendability

The flavors from Glytch Energy are more subtle than other energy supplements, which can be a positive factor for some and a negative factor for others. So, Glytch Energy may not be for you if you’re looking for overly intense flavors.

The description reads to mix the serving in with 6-8fl ounces of water. So, if you’re looking for a slightly more intense flavor, try mixing it with 6fl oz of water, and if you’re looking for a less intense flavor, try mixing it with 8+ fl oz.

When I researched which flavors to try, Rainbow Magik kept popping up. I assumed it would be a sour rainbow candy flavor. However, it was, in fact, very sweet and reminded me of Kool-Aid.

Rocket Pop was sweet, but not as sweet as Rainbow Magic. The Blue Raspberry flavor is robust, but the Cherry and Lime flavors helped to mellow it out.

Falcon Smash was a pleasant Sour Blue Raspberry flavor. You get all the flavor without it being overly sweet, which is what I really like.

Granny’s Grenade was my absolute favorite, which is very surprising because sour apple isn’t usually a flavor that I like. The flavor was spot on and really refreshing.

One thing I really like about the sour flavors is that they are more of a sweet-sour. Meaning that they’re not too sour and have a little sweetness to them. So, if you’re like me and don’t like overly sweet things, try the sour flavors!

If I were to rank the four flavors that I tried, I’d rate them:

  1. Granny Grenades
  2. Falcon Smash
  3. Rocket Pop
  4. Rainbow Magik

I do have to comment on the powder’s blendability. You need to mix the powder well. If you have a protein shaker or milk whisk frother, use them. If not, use a fork or straw from your bottle to help blend it.

Benefits, Results, and Expectations

For one of my friends who rarely uses energy supplements, they had endless energy after trying one serving of Glytch Energy. They said they could focus, push onward, and get the best results out of this product.

For myself, one serving was just a nice little boost and added a little pep to my step. I wouldn’t say that I was bouncing off the walls, and I didn’t get any tingling in the skin. One serving was just enough of a “pick me up” to help me focus and get back into things.

So, depending on your tolerance levels, you will get different results.

Overall

Overall, Glytch Energy provides great energy supplements, and they do work–it just depends on your tolerance levels. You can also adjust the flavor’s intensity by either decreasing or increasing the amount of water you mix the powder with. This means that you can customize the drink’s strength to suit your tastes.

Even though we all have different tastes and preferences, I think that Granny’s Grenades is a flavor that everyone should try.

The most important question you’re probably wondering is if I would recommend Glytch Energy?

The short answer is yes.

However, I think you need to be realistic when it comes to your expectations and results. Everyone is different, and Glytch’s energy supplements will provide different results for different people.

So, give Glytch Energy a try if you’re looking for an energy product to help give your focus and energy a little boost.
