Gen.G LCK 2022 Summer Split Roster
- Choi “Doran” Hyeon-joon
- Han “Peanut” Wang-ho
- Jeong “Chovy” Ji-hoon
- Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk
- Son “Lehends” Si-woo

The series started with their win over KT Rolster. KT also hold very important talents, especially Lee “Aria” Ga-eul, and Moon “Cuzz” Woo-chan. Gen.G secured a fairly-easy win and started their LCK 2022 Summer Split journey strongly. Secondly, it was one of the young rosters of the league, Hanwha Life Esports. Gen.G secured another easy win and faced their strongest opponent, DWG KIA. They lost one game but still managed to pick up the win and close out the series after three games, 2-1. Lastly, Gen.G took down LCK’s only team without a single game win, Fredit BRION.
After acquiring Jeong “Chovy” Ji-hoon, Gen.G made their point on how badly they wanted the title. The South Korean mid laner is known for being one of the best League of Legends players in the world. Pairing him with such talent, Doran, Peanut, Ruler, and Lehends, it was obvious that Gen.G were going to dominate the league after fixing their chemistry issues.
The team will come up against the Nongshim RedForce in the upcoming days. Also after T1’s loss against Kwangdong Freecs, it is important for Gen.G to keep their psychological lead.
