Galaxy Racer, a Dubai-based esports organization, has expanded into North America through its newly established HER Galaxy brand.
Founded in 2019 by Paul Roy, Galaxy Racer has become one of the largest esports, gaming, and lifestyle organizations in the world. Through Nigma Galaxy, their competitive esports team division, they have over 10 esports teams from over 20 countries, resulting in over 60 female and male esports athletes.
HER Galaxy is an esports initiative aiming to create a safe, exciting, and inclusive environment for female-identifying gamers and athletes. This initiative will offer a platform, resources, and financial support to assist teams in their growth.
HER Galaxy’s support will include the provision of funds to cover the salaries of five players and a team coach. In addition, they will provide support for travel, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Not only will they focus on providing a foundation for female gamers and esports athletes in North America, but HER Galaxy will also focus on building a multi-platform women-only tournament series. The titles for these tournaments have yet to be announced. However, a notable sum will be invested into the tournament series to ensure high-quality tournaments that offer motivating prize pools.
To aid in their North American expansion, HER Galaxy reportedly plans to build a portfolio of elite women gamers. Additionally, Galaxy Racer will launch a new office in Los Angeles, California. Leading this office will be Akemi Sue Fisher, the newly appointed CEO of Galaxy Racer North America.
Akemi Sue Fisher is an author, business coach, and well-known entrepreneur who is no stranger to women-focused initiatives.
“The ongoing focus on building a foundation for emerging women esports talent with HER Galaxy is deeply important to me and the greater gaming community. Through HER Galaxy, we hope to empower the incredible women talent within the US and look forward to meeting all the hopeful teams in the near future!” commented Akemi Sue Fisher, CEO of Galaxy Racer North America.
Through this incredible expansion by Galaxy Racer, HER Galaxy will empower female gamers and provide more opportunities for female esports athletes to grow safely in this industry.
