The fourth edition of Girl Pwr VALORANT begins this Thursday (04/28) starting at 18 pm Brasilia Time. Cruzeiro, Gamelanders Purple, Portuguesa Red and Tropicaos came from the open qualifier and will join the invited B4 Angels, Oddik Bright, Stars Horizon and TBK Esports in the pursuit of the tournament title.
There were thirty teams participating in the open qualifier that was played between the 16th and 17th of this month. Cruzeiro and Lusa teams had a rough time in the qualifying match when they lost the first map to 45-ST and Pink Hats respectively. Tropicaos and Gamelanders, despite having some tight scores, won all the maps in the qualifier.
Among the guests, the highlight is the roster changes in B4 Angels team that brought Krysme (former-Ngm Contrata) to the roster to substitute Shyz who was earlier moved to the bench and will now compete in Girl Pwr representing TBK Esports.
The quarter-final matches have already been defined and are organized as follows: On Thursday (28) Tropicaos and Stars open the tournament followed by B4 Angels against Cruzeiro. On Friday (29) it will be TBK’s turn to face Lusa in the first match of the day, while Gamelanders and Oddik will play the last match of the quarterfinals. The semis will be played on Saturday and the grand final on Sunday. All matches are streamed officially on Gaming Culture’s Twitch and TikTok channels.
