Fortnite is kicking off its first-ever full Star Wars season on May 2, and it’s doing it in epic style. Players can now unlock the First Order Stormtrooper Outfit and join an exclusive in-game watch party for Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld — all before the show even lands on Disney+.
Unlock the First Order Stormtrooper Outfit Now
The iconic First Order Stormtrooper has landed in Fortnite — and unlocking the outfit is easy. Simply connect your eligible Epic Games and MyDisney accounts to receive:
- The First Order Stormtrooper Outfit with both a Fortnite Style and a LEGO® Style
- Epic account sign-in capabilities via MyDisney
Players must connect their accounts by August 31 at 12 AM ET to receive the exclusive outfit. The outfit may become available in the Fortnite Item Shop at a later date, but this early unlock is a huge win for fans who act fast.
To start: Head to epicgames.com/id/login, navigate to Apps and Accounts, and connect to MyDisney from there. Note: Only one MyDisney account can be linked to each Epic account.
Watch Tales of the Underworld Early in Fortnite
Fortnite players are getting early access to Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld, with the first two episodes premiering on the Star Wars Watch Party Island on May 2 at 10 AM ET — two days before the series drops on Disney+ for May the 4th.
How to join the Watch Party:
- Look for the Star Wars Watch Party experience on your main Fortnite lobby
- Or search for the island using this code: 2124-6713-8076
- The island is live through May 11 (ET)
Viewers will also unlock the Asajj Ventress Loading Screen within 72 hours of watching both episodes.
But this isn’t just a passive viewing experience. The island includes a Battle Arena where players can wield lightsabers and blasters against waves of enemies — no PvP, just pure fun. Rack up points across the island’s activities and compete for the top of the leaderboard in real time.
Content creators: Streaming or uploading the episodes is not permitted. Instead, invite your community to join you in the watch party experience.
GALACTIC BATTLE Season Begins May 2
Following the Watch Party, players can dive into Fortnite’s all-new Star Wars-themed season: GALACTIC BATTLE. Choose between Battle Royale or Zero Build and join the fight to stop Emperor Palpatine’s forces from conquering the galaxy.
This massive crossover event marks one of the largest collaborations between Epic Games and Disney to date — and it’s just the beginning.
The galaxy is waiting — we’ll see you in Fortnite.
