FaZe Clan, the innovative lifestyle and media platform at the forefront of gaming and youth culture, has just made several exciting new appointments and promotions.
Rana Kaplan, a seasoned FaZe Clan employee with five years under her belt, will be the new General Manager. Accordingly, she will be responsible for overseeing an elite operations team focused on driving efficiency. Reporting directly to President and COO Zach Katz, Rana is sure to make a splash in her new role.

Additional new leadership appointments include:
- Summer Martin new Vice President of Content Operations. She joins FaZe Clan after spending years managing production operations for multiple critically-acclaimed series, including Netflix’s Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. At FaZe Clan, she will be co-leading content strategy and operations with Stash Slionski, who has been promoted to Executive Producer.
- Vera Salamone new Vice President of Talent. Previously the Director of Talent, Vera will now lead the talent department.
- Brooke Grant new Head of Web3. Previously Director, Creative Services, Brooke will now oversee FaZe Clan’s Web3 strategy and operations.
- Laura Ryk new Head of Creative Operations. Previously Director, Creative Services, Laura will be co-leading FaZe Clan’s Creative department with Jay Richardson, Creative Director.
- Kelli Serden new Vice President of Human Resources. Previously Director, Human Resources, Kelli will lead FaZe Clan’s HR and people strategy.
