Exeedme, a Blockchain-based tournament operator, has launched a $50,000 grant program to support competitions from independent tournament organizers and gaming communities.

If the tournament is approved, the tournament organizer will also be required to have a registry page online within 30 days of Exceedme’s acceptance. The primary competition titles that the program will support include CS:GO, Warzone, and Dota 2. However, Exceed stated they will also consider other titles, depending on the application.

While the budget is $50,000, it is not fixed and will depend upon the quality of the applications. In addition, Exceed will also prioritize tournaments that already have prize pools so that the budget can be used to promote and boost the competition.

There will also be an optional offer of an “Organizer Fee” of up to 5% of the total prize pool. This will be calculated by the sum of the funds initially invested by the tournament organizer with the funds provided by Exceedme.
