EXCEL Esports, a British esports organization, has partnered with the UK-based sports fashion retailer, JD SPORTS.
Founded in 2014, EXCEL Esports is an esports organization that focuses on more than just gaming and esports. They believe in constantly improving, not only in their gaming careers but also in their everyday lives. With their goals and vision in mind, they’ve partnered with several brands like Anda Seat, Beyond NRG, HyperX, and now JD SPORTS.
This partnership between the two organizations will see JD SPORTS prominently featured across EXCEL jerseys as they have replaced the telecommunications company, BT, as the team’s major sponsor.
On top of this, JD SPORTS has also been given the rights to name EXCEL’s academy roster which competes in the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC). EXCEL’s academy team will be renamed JDXL.
We are thrilled to announce JD SPORTS as our new partner. JD SPORTS is a pioneer within the sports retail industry, and we believe our partnership will unite gaming and sports communities on a level never seen before. We are looking forward to fans and sports fashion enthusiasts immersing themselves in the incredible experiences this partnership will deliver.
