Evil Geniuses and 100 Thieves have guaranteed themselves spots in the LCS 2022 Summer Split Playoffs after the sixth week.

The regular season of LCS 2022 Summer Split has been nothing but entertainment since the start. Some teams went beyond expectations and some were below. Moreover, some dominated the league so hard that they have guaranteed themselves playoff spots even though there are two more weeks left in the competition. These teams are Evil Geniuses and 100 Thieves. EG and 100T improved their winning streaks and guaranteed themselves the first two spots in the playoffs.

Evil Geniuses LCS 2022 Summer Split Roster

Evil Geniuses made a miracle run in the previous split of the LCS 2022 season. They came from the lower bracket to win it all and represent the region at MSI. The organization has continued its domination in the Summer Split and clinched a playoff spot. EG’s record is now 11 wins and 2 losses and they are the current leader of the league right now.

100 Thieves, on the other hand, have been one of the most consistent teams in the last 1.5-2 years. After signing 4 of the Golden Guardians roster, they shifted gear and represented their region on the international stage. This year, they missed the MSI but they have a solid chance to make it to the World Championship stage. Apart from Evil Geniuses, 100 Thieves are the second team to qualify for this year’s LCS playoffs after week 6.

The battle continues for the rest of the playoff spots. Cloud9 and Team Liquid are the biggest favorites. However, Counter Logic Gaming and FlyQuest also have solid chances.
