Kalypso Media and Artefacts Studio have announced Disciples: Domination, the next chapter in the dark fantasy strategy RPG series. This turn-based tactical game takes place fifteen years after Disciples: Liberation and returns players to the fractured realm of Nevendaar. The game launches in 2026 on PC (Microsoft Store, Steam, MacOS, Epic Games), Xbox PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation®5.
Players once again step into the role of Avyanna. Her rule, once secure, is now crumbling. Nevendaar is more unstable than ever. Factions are divided, loyalties are breaking, and tension is rising. From her seat in Yllian, Avyanna must navigate dangerous politics and prepare for war. Every choice will shape the fate of the realm.
The Mountain Clans have returned, bringing the dwarves back into the struggle. Avyanna’s standing with them and four other factions, will determine who fights by her side. She can recruit companions with unique skills and backstories, uncovering secrets that influence the unfolding events.
Combat has been refined from Liberation’s tactical grid system. Battles are faster, with more interaction and deeper strategic options. Each faction offers unique abilities, and unit synergies can turn the tide in an instant. Building the right squad is key to survival.
The game also features real-time exploration of Nevendaar. Players can travel through dangerous lands, meet allies and enemies, uncover quests, and face fearsome creatures. Recruiting and upgrading units from five distinct factions will be essential for victory.
In the lead-up to launch, Disciples: Liberation is discounted by 65% during the Kalypso Store’s Monster Sale until August 11, with the same discount available on Steam until August 21.
