Guerrilla Collective 2023 has announced the release of Death Trick: Double Blind, a visual novel thriller from Misty Mountain Studio and Neon Doctrine. With a Steam demo now available, the game is set to launch later this year.

Players alternate between two characters with varying information sources in attempts to solve the mystery behind the disappearance of Morgan’s Traveling Circus star magician.
This non-linear detective story features thrilling twists and turns with a range of potential endings based on the player’s choices.
As players search for clues and interrogate characters, they must consider each piece of information gathered to form the bigger picture.
The game’s visuals are inspired by the Pulp Art movement of the early 1900s, with its rich and vibrant colors depicted in eight fully animated characters, ten unique locations, over 50 CG designs, comic-style panels, and original soundtrack that adds to the game’s atmosphere.
Misty Mountain Studio’s three lead female developers from China have created this hidden gem.
They have already seen tremendous success with their best-selling puzzle game, The Rewinder, in 2021.
