The Cyber City Tactician’s Crown TFT tournament is coming soon. It runs from July 11 to 13, with 40 elite players battling for the crown. Expect strategic plays, intense lobbies, and high-level competition.
$150,000 is on the line, along with the title of Cyber City Champion. The Grand Final on July 13 will also unveil what’s coming in the next TFT set.
Tournament Format
How Points Work
Each player earns points based on their game placement:
- 1st: 8 points
- 8th: 1 point
(Points decrease by one per position.)
Day 1 – Round 1
- 40 players, split into 5 lobbies using a snake draft
- 6 total games; lobbies reshuffled after every 2 games
- Top 32 advance to Day 2
- Bottom 8 are out of the tournament
Day 2 – Rounds 2 to 5
- Points from Day 1 carry over
- Round 2: 32 players → top 24 move on
- Round 3: 24 players → top 16 advance
- Round 4: 16 players → top 4 qualify for the Finals
- Round 5: Players ranked 5th–12th play for the last 4 Final spots
Grand Final
- Checkmate Format
- A player must reach 20 points and then win a game to win the Cyber City Tactician’s Crown TFT tournament
