As part of the recent Call of Duty: Warzone event, Sledgehammer Games released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Vanguard.
The game, set in World War 2 is a return to the roots of the Call of Duty franchise, with the setting mirroring that for the first two games in the series.
Through the trailer, we get a glimpse of the battlefields we will be fighting on throughout the campaign, which will be split across four theaters of war.
The first shown is a short clip of the battle of North Africa, as we get a glimpse of Allied forces fighting the Nazis in what appears to be a hectic tank battle.
Next up is the Eastern Front, which looks to be a stealth campaign centered around an as of yet unnamed female Russian protagonist. She is equipped with what appears to be a Mosin-Nagant and is holding off the Nazi advance into Russia.
We are then shown the Western Front, which looks to follow the Royal Air Force as they drop behind enemy lines into Nazi territory.

Finally, we receive a glimpse of the Pacific Front, complete with aircraft carriers, a strong hint of airplane gameplay and the incredibly vibrant biome that comes with level design in that setting.
We are then left with a flurry of clips from each of the war fronts, showing glimpses of the huge set-piece events that Call of Duty is known for. The tag line ‘Rise on every front’ punctuates the footage, coupled with the voice line “Whatever we do, we do it together.”
Pre-orders are available now, providing you with early access to the Open Beta later this year.
