The Esports Awards, one of the most prestigious nights in the esports calendar, is just under one week away and the countdown is on.
Some of the most prominent faces from esports, gaming and entertainment are scheduled to descend on Las Vegas. Hosted at Resorts World, the Esports Awards is the biggest black-tie event in the industry and the only ceremony that recognizes esports excellence.
Esports Awards with Bugha, Ludwig, and Valkyrae

VIP attendees include Streamer and Content Creator Ludwig, CEO of Fluxo Bruno “Nobru” Goes, Co-Owner of 100 Thieves and Streamer Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter, and Fortnite Player for Sentinels Kyle ‘Bugha’ Giersdorf. Moreover, guests will also get to enjoy a musical performance from cinematic-rock band City of Sound who recently took to the stage at the Rocket League World Championship.
Schedule
From December 11-13th the Esports Awards will play host to three days of networking, fun, celebration and content. The Esports Awards Open powered by the Golf Gaming Club will kick off the celebrations on December 11th. Golfing legend Bryson DeChambeau will attend once again. He will be joined by a number of VIPs. These VIPs include Robbie Amell, best known for his lead role in the Amazon Prime series Upload. In addition, professional gamer Nate Hill, and CEO of 100 Thieves Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag are among other notable VIPs.
LVL Up Las Vegas will then be hosted on December 12th and 13th with two days of B2B events and insights from some of the industry’s leading executives. Speakers include the likes of Alban Dechelotte, MD at G2 Esports, Jacob Toft-Anderson, VP of Esports at 100 Thieves and Michel Attisani, Chief Business Development Officer at ESL FACEIT Group.
Finally, the main awards show will take centre stage on December 13 with a lavish ceremony hosted by legendary hosts Eefje ‘Sjokz” Depoortere and Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez.

Over 40 awards will be given out across six overarching categories including Entertainment, Industry, Creative, Pro, On-Air Talent and Collegiate. Consequently, these will be awarded across the two days of events and recognise the best of the best within esports over the past year.
The Esports Awards will be streamed live from Resorts World in Las Vegas on December 13th starting at 8 pm PT across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Twitch.
