Chiefs Esports Club, an Australian esports organization, has renewed its partnership with Australian University, Bond University.
Founded in 2014, The Chiefs have become a premier esports club in Australia with top teams in various competitive video games. The Chiefs have endeavored to achieve excellence in esports and gaming entertainment, focusing on consistently strong performances in the Oceanic scene. Included in their impressive portfolio of partnerships are the likes of Red Bull, Marvel, Optus, and many more.
The two organizations signed a two-year deal that will see Bond University continue to be the official education partner for the esports organization. Bond University and Chiefs will continue to work towards educating students about careers in esports and gaming.

Bond University is Australia’s leading independent, not-for-profit university, dedicated to creating and supporting the next generation of corporate and community leaders.
In 2020, Bond University and Chiefs Esports Club signed a three-year partnership. Since then, the two have collaborated on internships that helped Bond students enter the esports industry.
Both entities also worked on several research studies into sports, both traditional and esports, and Bond University has helped Chiefs players with health and wellbeing.

According to the release, Bond University and Chiefs have hinted at several projects that will occur during their partnership. In addition, Chiefs will host and operate esports tournaments from the Bond Esports Hub—which is an esports venue at the Bond University.
Both parties will also work together on external recruitment tournaments with high schools and develop an esports-tailored curriculum to help those who wish to enter this amazing industry.
This partnership is a fantastic initiative by Bond University and Chiefs to help encourage and educate those who wish to be involved in the ever-growing esports and gaming industry.
