Menherarium, the bloodletting, blood-betting deck-building roguelite developed by Tezcatlipoca and published by Phoenixx Inc., is out now on PC via Steam.
Players are introduced to Menhera-chan, a cheerful yet disturbingly clingy gambling addict who invites you into a gruesome seven-day gauntlet of dice-based Chinchiro games. Every loss comes with a brutal price, a literal puncture to the jugular, while each new day introduces fresh rules that make survival increasingly unpredictable.
The core loop blends traditional roguelite progression with high-stakes blood betting. Players wager their own life force, rolling dice in hopes of survival. Lose, and Menhera-chan takes a sip. Win, and she showers you with praise, for now.
Cheating, however, is not only allowed, it’s encouraged. Players can manipulate dice, earn re-roll chances, and use consumables to heal or stabilize bleeding. The challenge lies in balancing risk and reward while adapting to constantly shifting rules.
Between matches, players can tune into the Menhera Network, a satirical in-game broadcast that tracks stats like Likeability, Guts, and Vitality, Menhera-chan’s favorite performance metrics. Coins earned through survival can be spent on extra rolls, emergency health kits, and other life-saving tools.
At its heart, Menherarium is a twisted relationship simulator disguised as a roguelite. The ultimate goal isn’t just survival, it’s deciding whether to outsmart Menhera-chan or surrender and become her eternal blood bag.
“Menherarium is equally as captivating as it is bizarre,” said Tezcatlipoca’s Director. “The plot draws you in, but the deep gameplay keeps you coming back for more.”
Menherarium is available now on PC via Steam for $19.99.
