LoL Patch 13.9 has seen a few new junglers making it to the top of the meta. Champions like Volibear, Trundle, and Amumu have all seen buffs in this patch.

Best Junglers in Patch 13.9: Neeko
Neeko has made a wild appearance in the jungle. She has been seeing a lot of attention in the solo queue by the pro players.
Her lane ganking became a deadly tool against players who lacks attention. This champion can easily tilt players in most low elo matches, and even in higher elo players can get distracted and fail to notice a lane gank by Neeko.
At the moment her win rate is pretty low but that is because players are mostly “trolling” with her new passive.
If you want to try out Neeko try this setup: Dark Harvest into Inspiration tree, Rocketbelt into Shadowflame, and Zhonya’s Hourglass.
Amumu
Buffs to Amumu has made this champion’s win rate spike 5%, which is really a great jump for Amumu.
Although the change seems to be quite small on paper, the extra damage on his W enables him to clear much faster and have a lot more presence in the game.

He can clear all the camps with %100 health thanks to the sustain that he has in his kit (losing HP while clearing is a big issue in lower tiers).
He has the surprise effect with his ultimate and also has lots of CC for team fights.
Just like Amumu, Fiddlesticks also have problems in the highest elo, but he is a great pick in Diamond and below.
Kha’zix
Kha’zix is absolutely terrorizing the solo q right now. If you want to solo-carry games from the jungle, Kha’Zix is of the best junglers in patch 13.9.
Although he doesn’t have a lot of cc, Kha’Zix brings unparalleled damage to the team composition.
