Patch 13.10 brought a massive update to the League of Legends scene. Along with many game system changes, riot decided to give a vast item update to the ADCs.
Almost all AD items have seen changes which will surely push the bot-lane meta in another direction.
Some champions that were forgotten in the meta will make a comeback as items are adjusted to enable them.
Best ADCs For Patch 13.10: Caitlyn
Caitlyn is now in a great spot since she is one of the best users of Infinity Edge. Infinity Edge is now a mythic item and it can be rushed once again.
Earlier in the season, IE was only used as a second or third item because of its passive.

However, now with IE having pure stat buffs and being promoted to a mythic item, It is a great rush option for the heavy AD crit marksmen.
Also, Rapid Fire Canon became a lot more suitable for Caitlyn as it now gives more AD than before. Infinity Edge plus Rapid Fire Cannon has become a great viable core build for Caitlyn which will enhance her power greatly.
Jhin
Jhin is the other champion that loves the Infinity Edge plus Rapid Fire Cannon build. He doesn’t need much attack speed anyway( its turned into AD).
Jhin has been away from the meta for so long because there wasn’t any proper Jhin build for players to utilize.
Now with the Infinity Edge Rapid plus Rapid Fire Cannon combo he is more than viable, he is strong as the new Infinity Edge passive lets you stack up even more AD.
We will be seeing a lot of Jhins destroying players with that 4th shot.
Vayne
Another massive change to items sees Guinsoo’s Rageblade being swapped from legendary to mythic.
It now gives less flat attack speed but makes up for it with the attack speed it provides with the passive.
Before, on-hit marksmen like Vayne, Kogmaw, and Varus were having problems because they didn’t have a fitting mythic item that could be rushed.
Now, with the Rageblade changes, Vayne can rush Rageblade and be relevant in the early game and we all know she has great carry potential for the late game anyway.
Rageblade into Kraken Slayer is now a great 2 item core for Vayne, its so strong that she now can take over games with 2 items. So she makes our top 4 Best ADCs For Patch 13.10 list easily.
Kog’Maw
Kog’Maw is probably the best user of Rageblade. He is now incredible strong for the same reasons Vayne is strong.
However, Kog’Maw is a lot harder to play and needs a lot more protection from the team.
That is why I suggest him played with champions that can peel like Lulu, Janna, Karma etc.
Other than that, he is still the best machine gun in the game. Now with the Rageblade plus Kraken Slayer build, he comes online a lot earlier than before and can melt down any tank in the game.
The patch is still young and we have a lot more observing to do. However, it is obvious that these champions will be extremely strong in this meta because of the easy item paths they now have.
