The latest 2XKO Warwick Reveal Trailer has dropped, showing off the hairy guy himself.
Riot Games ‘leaked’ the wolf man’s launch just a few days ago along with some future skins.
But what is in his tool kit apart from howls, growls and sniffing your nasty BO through the screen?
2XKO Warwick Reveal Breakdown
Finally, after the controlled leaks, the official 2XKO Warwick Reveal trailer is here! Although the Wolfman is not Marduk-sized, he is about the same as Blitz and Darius. However, his lean-on-the-prowl stance means his hitbox is not always just standing wide open.
Firstly, to note, you may have missed it, but the dog has Vega wall-climbing properties. Or, more so, wall hanging, allowing him to hang on and jump from the edge of the screen map. This can be used to throw off opponents and reposition yourself for setups at the edge.

Also this goes in tandem with his hunter style being his close-distance leap attacks. One such move demonstrated in the 2XKO Warwick Reveal trailer shows him framing Jinx projectiles. Much like his LOL counterpart, I think his team wants to emphasise being on the prowl.

Because of this, he appears to be a counter to range-based fighters like Jinx, having inbuilt screen reachers. Also, not to mention, he has an upward and downward diagonal aerial attack. This can be slightly delayed in air for both uses with combos and setups.
However, I foresee this being used to catch enemies off guard like an Akuma drop kick. Judging from the 2XKO Warwick Reveal overall, he is a catch-you-slipping fighter. You press wrong, he reads, he pounces, and you die, simple as.
And I am all for that because I played Mafune in Naruto Shippuden, and that was the entire game plan!
On The Prowl
Also, to mention from the 2XKO Warwick reveal is his buffed hunter’s mark state. Warick enters a red-eye glow state, giving him a buff to his specials and possible damage output. I know it adds a few extra strings to his specials, like showcased with his aerial combo.

However, I cannot tell if this powered state is through Juggernaut or inbuilt normally. Maybe it’s like the main game where players need to be at 25 per cent health or something. Until I get hands-on, I cannot say for sure; hopefully it’s just inbuilt.
Currently the game is out in early access on PC platforms. Sorry, console gamers have to wait a bit while PC bros spend a few hours in the lab.

Honestly, the 2XKO Warwick reveal is promising; however, once again, they lack the assist mechanic showcases. I think, given the team’s track record, he should feel pretty similar to the LOL counterpart.
I do not know much of how he works in a tag team setup. Honestly, he is looking like an anchor character with his big meaty swings. Although he has some dashes in from the side and tag claps showcasing potential combos.

Overall the 2XKO Warwick Reveal is showing off the dog dude in all his glory. Look forward to the upcoming guide soon.
